Mash tank
The tanks are intended for fermentation, maceration and wine storage. An open mash tank is a tank with a movable swimming bottom and can be used as a tank for storing wine as well as mixing.
The tanks are very popular with customers, as they allow several wine processing systems in one tank. With the help of the installed cooling coat, we control the fermentation and the temperature of the finished wine, and with a movable immersion unit, we enable controlled immersion of mash, thus refining and enriching the taste of the wine. The tanks may also have an installed sieve to ensure a clean outlet. One of the major advantages of these tanks is the customized base, which allows easy and fast mobility of the tank.
We adapt the installation of connection equipment and its position to your preferences.
