Rectangular shield tank

A rectangular shield tank is a type of closed tank consisting of a front, back, bottom, top and shield. The basic version of the tanks includes simple legs, however, height-adjustable ones are also available that enable maximum stability of the tank regardless of the floor level in the cellar. The tanks are designed in such a way as to always ensure complete emptying of the medium from the tank.

The tanks are used to store wine and other media. The basic version is a one-piece tank, however, we can also manufacture a tank with several chambers, where the volumes between the chambers can be different or the same.

The tank is rectangular in shape, which ensures a high utilization of the volume space of the cellar. The main advantage is that with the placement of the tanks next to each other, due to its shape and design, a flat linear visual effect is created.

In addition to the basic equipment, cooling elements can be installed on the tanks. The position of the cooling coat and the location of the cooling system connectors will be adapted to your needs.

The tanks are made of stainless steel sheet AISI 304, but can also be made entirely of AISI 316, depending on customer preference. The surface of the interior is shiny (BA quality), which ensures easier cleaning. Internal welds are mechanically treated and polished.
